REMINDER

Power Washing Services for the Cobblestone Community

• Scheduled for Wednesday July 16, 2019
• if you DO want your property cleaned and you HAVE NOT signed up for the service on the sign-up sheet or by emailing hoa@cobblestone21122.com, you will have to contact Lindsey directly!

When scheduling, PLEASE mention you are a homeowner at the Cobblestone community in Pasadena.

Pricing:

• $175 per home
• $20 for front stoop/porch & sidewalk that runs to driveway. (additional cost for larger porches)
• Discuss with Lindsey other desired services, at an additional cost, such as decks, patios, basement steps, roofs, etc.

Planning:

You do not have to be home for the services, however please make sure of the following:

• All of your windows are closed
• Outside water faucets have been turned on
• All outside pets are brought inside
• If you have a fence, make sure the gate is unlocked
• Bring in all items from porches or decks that you do not want to get wet
• Remove all potted or hanging flowers from the house

Payment:

• Check, cash or credit card due on the day and at the completion of service.
• If you are not going to be home, please leave a check under the door mat or a note on the front door that you are still expecting Maryland Pro Wash’s service and that you will pay over the phone with a Credit Card.
