Architectural Review Committee Submission Form

We wanted to remind everyone how to submit for an architectural review. Please plan in advance as the review process could take up to 60 days although that is not the normal amount of time. Please use the attached form or visit the document area of the website to determine what type of improvements must be submitted and reviewed. If you need to have something approved please E- mail the HOA board through our website www.cobblestone21122.com to request a review under the contact us tab. You can email your submission or if necessary you’ll be advised where to drop it off. We review all requests received at the monthly Architectural Committee meeting. The initial review of your submission may raise questions. As a result we may ask you to attend the meeting. Please do not proceed with any work during the review process. You must be in receipt of a letter of approval from the Architectural Committee before the work can commence.
