Architectural Review Committee Submission Form
We wanted to remind everyone how to submit for an architectural review. Please plan in advance as the review process could take up to 60 days although that is not the normal amount of time.
Please visit the document area of the website to determine what type of improvements must be submitted and reviewed. If you need to have something approved please E-mail the HOA board at Cobblestone21122@gmail.com to submit your request for review. We review all requests received at the monthly Architectural Committee meeting. The initial review of your submission may raise questions. As a result we may ask you to attend the meeting. Please do not proceed with any work during the review process as stated in our community bylaws. You must be in receipt of a letter of approval from the Architectural Committee before the work can commence.
