Spring is finally in the Air
Spring Cleaning and other items:
- As a reminder, plastic bags cannot be used when bagging leaves, sticks, grass, etc. Homeowners must use paper bags that can be purchased at BJ’s, Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Food Lion, etc.
- Check the Northern exposure of you house for mold and/or mildew and take the necessary steps to have it removed. This summer, as we did last summer, the Board will make arrangements for a power washing contractor to remove dirt, grime and mold/mildew from homes. Details Coming in June/July 2018.
- Please remove, as soon as possible, any advertisements, newspapers, flyers, etc., left in your yard, driveway or street, before they make their way to our drainage system causing flooding and costly maintenance.
Courtesy to your Neighbors:
- More people will be using the sidewalks, parks and common areas. Please do everything possible to have your pets “Go” in your yard to minimize the possibility of your pet “Going” on neighbor’s yards or bushes. Of course accidents happen but you are expected to pick up any of your dog’s business. Also, keep in mind that urine does turn bushes and grass brown which is an irritant to your neighbors.
- With the upcoming elections and at all times, please keep in mind that no “Signs” may be displayed in your yard except “For Rent” and “For Sale” signs during the Sale/Rent period.
- As a reminder, the community bylaws state that “No vans or other types of non-passenger vehicles may be kept on any lot unless the same are fully enclosed within a garage”. If you are parking a marked commercial vehicle on your property, please remove it so no further action is required.
Community Meeting:
- The next All Hands Community Meeting is planned to be in June. Once the date is finalized and the meeting room has been reserved, we will send out meeting details in a separate communication.
